YMCA of York and York County set to host annual “LIVESTRONG at the YMCA” Golf outing

The YMCA of York and York County is set to host its annual “LIVESTRONG at the YMCA” Golf outing on Friday, September 27th, at the Hanover Country Club in Hanover, PA.
 
The outing will be in an individual golfer-based format. The event check-in will begin the morning of at 9:30 a.m. with a 12 Noon Shotgun start. Entrance fees for each individual golfer will be $150 per player, which includes golf & cart, range, lunch, awards dinner, Golf Gift package, and snacks and beverages. Tickets are also available for the Power package and the Golf Awards Dinner only.
 
Course Contests include: Closest-to-pin on each Par 3, longest drive contest (Men, Ladies and seniors), hole-in-one prizes, door prizes, and optional prize contests as well.
 
“It’s a blessing each and every year to see so many people come together to help support those who are cancer survivors,” says Larry Richardson, President/CEO. “This event is a great way for all to have a great afternoon as a YMCA family while raising money for the program, we couldn’t thank everyone enough.” 
 
Proceeds from this event will go to support LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, which is a FREE 12-week program that supports cancer survivors in regaining their physical, emotional and spiritual strength.
