York, Pennsylvania, culinary professional becomes co-owner and culinary director with a focus on enhancing hospitality experiences at Rockfish Public House, Valencia projects in historic downtown York
White Rose Restaurant Group announced today the addition of Chef David Albright to its executive leadership team at Rockfish Public House and Valencia Ballroom companies. As Culinary Director and Co-Owner, Albright will contribute to projects designed to enhance the hospitality experiences for guests at Rockfish Public House and the Valencia Ballroom. Albright joins CEO and Co- Owner Tom Sibol and COO and Co-Owner Jeremiah Anderson in this managing partnership.
Known for his creative menus, astounding attention to detail and passion for cooking, Albright brings more than 30 years of professional culinary experience to Rockfish Public House — a premier seafood restaurant which opened in 2016 in downtown York — and the Valencia Ballroom. Growing up in Massachusetts, Albright said his New England hometown inspired his passion for preparing and serving exceptional quality seafood. Upon completing his culinary studies at Johnson & Wales University, Albright worked as a chef at two York County country clubs before becoming owner and executive chef at a longstanding downtown York restaurant, which he served for 19 years. More recently, Albright launched David Albright Chef Services and provided restaurant consulting, branding, menu development and related services to aspiring and established restaurateurs and hospitality professionals.
