ROCK Commercial Reports the Restored Accomac Inn Is Back on the Market

Following a thoughtful and extensive restoration process, the owner of the Accomac Inn, Tom Ott, has announced that it is for sale. The 16,502 square-foot historic stone structure on 7.9 acres is located at 6330 South River Drive on the bank of the Susquehanna River across from Marietta, PA and 1.4 miles north of Route 30. Since his purchase of the property in 2019, Ott has invested in rebuilding and restoring much of the building including the original stone walls, interior walls, ceilings, and a new HVAC system.

“The Accomac Inn is one of York County’s most historic landmarks dating back to the 1700s,” said Tom Ott.  “We are looking forward to finding a buyer who loves the historic atmosphere of the Accomac Inn and is prepared to bring their creativity and fresh vision for a new restaurant or event venue.”

“The work Mr. Ott has done to the property changes everything,” said Mr. Birkeland.  “The Accomac has been restored to its former glory, which allows the new owner to focus on building a business without the distractions of deferred maintenance and repairs.  The property looks fantastic.”

The original Accomac dates back to the late 18th century, and it has served as a hospitality venue since the American Revolution.
