Becky Murphy Hired to Help Increase ROCK Brand Recognition in South Central PA
YORK, PENNSYLVANIA – ROCK Commercial Real Estate, an industry leader in South Central Pennsylvania, hired Becky Murphy from Cushman & Wakefield in Baltimore to help strengthen ROCK Commercial’s brand recognition in the market.  Murphy was with Cushman & Wakefield for 14 years, serving as their Director of Marketing & Research for the last six.
“ROCK is already a well-established, reputable firm in South Central Pennsylvania,” said Murphy.  “I’m really excited to capitalize on my experience to better serve our current clients, while continuing to increase our presence in the market. ROCK’s competitive advantages were clear to me from the first day in that we don’t own real estate which allows us to represent our clients from a purely objective standpoint. Our ‘team culture’ ensures that our clients have seamless access to any service they require from brokerage representation, lease administration, and property management to market research, 3D Visualization and GIS Services.”
“We are very excited to have Becky as part of our team,” said David Bode, Managing Partner at ROCK Commercial Real Estate. “Her experience and knowledge gained with a global firm will help strengthen and expedite our growth and presence in the region.”
