rabbittransit Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer

rabbittransit has named Trevor Manahan as Chief Operating Officer with oversight of agency facility operations, according to Richard Farr, Executive Director.  
 
Manahan most recently served as Plant Manager for Minerals Technologies, York, PA; and before that, as Operations Manager, Plant Manager and multi-plant Safety Manager for Graham Architectural Products, York, PA.  He brings more than twenty years of operations management expertise to one of the fastest growing public transit agencies in central Pennsylvania, which provides fixed route and paratransit mobility services across ten counties in the region. 
 
“Trevor has extensive senior management experience,” Farr said. “He brings a results-oriented focus on through continuous improvement strategies and employee engagement. We welcome him to the rabbittransit management team.”  Manahan said his initial focus is to “ensure and improve employee and rider satisfaction, safety, as well as overall work process improvement and standardization.”
 
The Central Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (publicly known as rabbittransit) is a transportation provider offering a variety of transit services and mobility options to the residents of Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Franklin, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union and York Counties. Trevor Manahan resides in the York, PA area with his spouse Heather, a teacher in the Dallastown School District, and their two sons, avid soccer players, Camden and Cohen.
