O.N.E. Hospitality announced that they will be opening Presto Pasteria in the Market at the Wilbur in Lititz, PA alongside 5 other local vendors this Thursday, August 29th.

Presto Pasteria will be in the former Wilbur Chocolate Complex at 50 North Broad St. in Lititz, which closed in 2016. Alongside Presto, the food hall will include Lancaster based Rooster Street Butcher & Deli, Zig’s Bakery, Waltz Vineyard, Oola Bowls, and Wiff Roasters. Oak Tree Development has been working on this renovation since early 2018.
Additional plans include a 74-room Tapestry Collection Hotel by Hilton and a restaurant & bar.

Presto Pasteria is a build-your-own fresh pasta concept. Customers pick a pasta, sauce, veggies, and protein (if they please) for a vast array of combinations.

“Think Chipotle or Subway, but for fresh pasta,” said owner Toni Calderone.

“You’ll walk down the line and see your meal made before your eyes.
And when we say “fresh,” we mean fresh! We proudly serve Tutoni’s Flour Shop pasta which is our line of all-natural, 2 ingredient fresh pastas that are free of any additives or preservatives,” said Calderone.

O.N.E. Hospitality is the umbrella restaurant group for Tutoni’s, The Cantina, Aviano’s Corner Trattoria, Herb & Herd, and more. They are excited and ready to bring this concept to life in Lititz, as it is their first concept to come to fruition outside of York.

“We ran our concept through the Taste Test Restaurant Incubator and have perfected quick pasta through our food truck, The Rig-a-Toni. I’m looking forward to changing the perception that pasta has to be a long drawn out meal and showing people that it’s easy to get a quick scratchmade bite that isn’t terrible for you. And to join such a great group of Lancaster vendors is a cherry on top,” said Calderone.

Presto Pasteria officially opens on August 29 at 11am. Their hours will be Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-6pm & Sunday, 11am-3pm. There is seating available inside & outside at the market, or perfect to take on the go.
