LEADERSHIP YORK’S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SELECTED FOR 2026 YORK FEDERAL FELLOW
York, PA — Leadership York is proud to announce that Wilda Reahm, Executive Director, has been selected as a 2026 York Federal Fellow by the White Rose Leadership Institute.
The York Federal Fellows Program is a highly regarded, year-long professional development opportunity for nonprofit and government executives. Fellows receive grant money to pursue customized leadership and personal development experiences designed to strengthen both their organizations and their individual growth.
Wilda joins an outstanding cohort of local leaders selected for the 2026 class:
- Ron Bunce (NLA 21, MY 23, AOB 24), Children’s Home of York
- Averie Clark (MY 14), Bell Socialization Services, Inc.
- Wilda Reahm (LTP 09, MY 15), Leadership York
- Terri Travers (EC 24), York JCC
Throughout the fellowship year, Fellows participate in workshops, peer learning, and individualized development opportunities. Graduates give back to the community through mentoring, committee work, and continued engagement with the White Rose Leadership Institute.
Leadership York’s mission is to train, connect, and inspire individuals to serve the York community in leadership positions. The organization was founded in 1978 and boasts over 4,600 graduates from its six programs. Those graduates provide leadership to more than 250 nonprofit organizations and serve thousands of constituents in state and local government.
