Leadership York is pleased to welcome its new Leadership for Diverse Schools Coordinator

Leadership York is pleased to welcome Eric Hoffman as its new Leadership for Diverse Schools Coordinator.
Eric joined the Leadership York staff in June of 2019.  In addition to serving as the Leadership for Diverse School Program Coordinator, Eric is a full-time, 4th grade teacher with the York Suburban School District and has also taught 5th and 6th grades. 
He has also been an adjunct teacher at York College teaching in the education department.  Eric earned his Bachelor of Science degree and elementary teaching certificate from York College, a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Millersville University, and an elementary-principal certificate from Western Maryland College.  He is also a 2008 graduate of Leadership for Diverse Schools and has been called upon to speak at LDS classes and at the Leadership Training Program.
Eric enjoys working with educators and helping them to improve educational opportunities for the students of York County. 
Leadership York’s mission is to train, connect, and inspire individuals to serve the York community in leadership positions. The organization was founded in 1978 and boasts over 3,800 graduates from its six programs. Those graduates provide leadership to over 250 nonprofit organizations and serve thousands of constituents in state and local government.
