Jason Reese is Wyndridge Farm’s new Chief Executive Officer
Wyndridge Farm, located at 885 S. Pleasant Avenue, Dallastown, PA 17313, is excited to welcome Jason Reese as Wyndridge Farm’s new Chief Executive Officer. Reese will lead the company’s hospitality operations as well as the development of long and short term strategy at Wyndridge Farm, Wyndridge Cider, Winding Path Brewing, and Wyndridge Vines.
Born and raised in Lancaster County, PA, Reese attended Penn State University where he majored in hotel, restaurant and institutional management. Reese’s career started in hospitality at the historic and famed Nittany Lion Inn.
After college, Reese earned his way into senior leadership positions at a wide variety of international restaurant groups. He led cross functional teams, expanded brands into new markets, and helped lead turn-around efforts in some of the most competitive markets in the country. This earned Reese a reputation as a skilled leader in both the high growth and turnaround hospitality sectors.
Recently, Reese worked as the VP of Operations US for wagamama restaurant group, a London based chain with an outpost in New York City. Reese helped lead the business through a turnaround as it prepared for a US based private equity sale in early 2020. Prior to Reese’s time with wagamama group, Reese helped lead Nando’s (London) based chain and Dig Inn (Manhattan) based chain through high growth stages and new market launches.
Jason currently lives in Lancaster with his wife, Erin, and young son Graham.
“We are thrilled to have Jason Reese join and lead our team. Wyndridge Farm continues to grow year after year, and as businesses evolve and mature, it is important our team and leadership evolve as well. We’re excited for Jason’s fresh perspective and we know he will help us continue growing a healthy, efficient business,” says Taylor Groff, CEO of Groff NA.
