Latin Grammy, reggaeton and trap artist Noriel emerged on the Puerto Rican stage as part of the Kenxiel & Noriel duo in 2014. Their charting single “Miedo a Morir” featuring Johnny Stone initiated guest collaborations with his peers including Riko, Santana the Golden Boy, Darkiel, Bryant Myers and others. In 2016, Trap Capos: Season 1 hit the airwaves and secured the top spot on the Latin Rhythm Albums chart and the No. 7 spot on the Top Latin Albums chart. In 2018, he dropped his full-length Trap Capos II album, which hit the Top Ten of the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart.

Latin trap and reggaeton singer-songwriter Jorge Hernandez Quiles — stage name Juhn El All Star or Juhn — has gained recognition for his studio collaborations with artists from Maluma and Bad Bunny to Noriel and Bryant Myers. At age 23, his single and video “Ahora Me Llamas,” featuring the collaborative work of Noriel, Bryant Myers, Anonimus, Brytiago and Miky Woodz, hit the Top Ten on digital streaming charts and secured more than 20 million YouTube views. The video for his collaboration on “Puerta Abierta” with Bad Bunny and Noriel gained more than 33 million views.

In addition to Noriel and Juhn El All Star, the Unity Fest 2019 stage will also feature R&B artist Terrell Bryant (aka Nakuu), hip-hop artist Michael Wilson (aka Fresh), reggaeton artist Almaniel y Jota and punk rap artist Jakkar Kinard (aka Pluto). York-based talent such as Ralph Real and The Family Jam, HomeBase Mook and Sincerely S.P.A.D.E. are among some of the entertainers who will add local flavors to this cultural celebration of music.
