Holla Spirits Opens New Headquarters, Operations Facility in York County

Millennial-owned company makes York home as it breaks ground in the spirits industry
Holla Spirits, a millennial-owned, award-winning spirits brand, today announced it has opened a new headquarters and operations facility in West Manchester Township, York County. The 5,440-square-foot facility expands Holla’s capacity for the production, warehousing and fulfillment of its original and naturally infused vodkas.

Holla purchased the facility, located off Carlisle Road, in January. Previously, the company operated from a distillery in Pottstown, Montgomery County. The move firmly plants Holla in York, which is where its founders, Patrick Shorb and Matt Glaser, grew up.

“We are beyond excited to move into our new headquarters,” said Shorb, who serves as Holla’s president. “The building, which was formerly a local bank’s disaster recovery and data center, is ideally suited for our office, bottling and warehouse needs. It also required minimal modifications, so we were able to move our operation to the facility quickly.”

Shorb added that the York location is advantageous as a distribution hub, enabling Holla to deliver its spirits products efficiently to Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board warehouses; Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores; and restaurants, bars and clubs throughout the Commonwealth.

Shorb and Glaser, who are childhood friends and both graduates of Penn State University, started Holla Spirits in 2013. They created the company to bring change to an otherwise stale and pretentious industry that neglects what matters to their generation.

“Put plainly, we were tired of the status quo,” Shorb said. “There was nothing on the shelf that related to us. That’s why we invented Holla – to bring like-minded consumers a high-quality product that understands what’s important to them. Holla is fresh, unpretentious, irreverent and inclusive. We're rethinking vodka for the next generation.”

Holla offers an original vodka and naturally infused vodkas such as Sweetfire Jalapeno. Holla vodkas are made in Pennsylvania from corn or sugar cane, depending on the infusion, and all of its vodkas are naturally gluten-free and kosher. They are available in Fine Wine and Good Spirits retail stores and online directly at Hollaspirits.com.

Consumers and retailers can follow Holla on FacebookTwitterInstagram and Snapchat.
