Girls Who Code program set to begin at the York Branch YMCA

The YMCA of York and York County is excited to announce their Girls Who Code program is currently accepting registrations for its upcoming session.
Girls Who Code is a FREE program for 4th-7th grade girls where girls work in teams to use their coding skills and bravery to solve real world problems that they care about. 
During each meeting, club members build community through science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) interactions activities/crafts, learn about inspiring role models, and engage in fun and simple self-guide coding tutorials that range from beginner to advance in Scratch, Python, JavaScript, and Thunkable. 
Meeting are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:15-6:15 pm at the York YMCA. All program participants will receive a free dinner during each meeting.
