CGA Law Firm is proud to announce that Attorney Timothy J. Bupp has earned the designation of Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) from the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF).  He is one of only 61 attorneys in the state of Pennsylvania to achieve this highly valued designation.

CELA certification is considered the “gold standard” for practitioners specializing in elder law and special needs legal services. A Certified Elder Law Attorney demonstrates in-depth, working knowledge of the legal issues that impact seniors, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.  A CELA is committed to maintaining and improving upon proficiency, through certification, continual practice, and continuing legal education.  The CELA certification must be renewed every five years by the recommendation of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Review and Certification Board.
