ROCK Commercial Real Estate, an industry leader in South Central Pennsylvania, announced today that 3625 Mia Brae LP purchased 13.29 acres of industrial land located at 400 Zarfoss Drive in York, Pennsylvania. The property was purchased from Next 5, LLC for $930,000. The new owner will begin construction of a 111,600-square-foot industrial facility that should deliver in July 2020 and will be available for lease.
Jason Turnbull, Ted Turnbull, David Bode, and John Birkeland, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, brokered the sale.
“The York industrial market is experiencing some of the lowest vacancy rates in recent history,” commented Mr. Turnbull. “The new industrial facility to be built at 400 Zarfoss Drive is well-timed and will provide in-demand features including a great location, 30’ clear height and an abundance of parking spaces for cars and trailers.”
The property is located in an established industrial park that is home to Frito Lay, Wolf Distribution, UPS, AS Kinard Trucking, Rabbit Transit, Voith Hydro, and Trane. Additional facility features include 46’ x 50’ column spacing, Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR), 20 dock positions, 70 car parking spaces and 51 trailer parking spaces.
