Gaming and Education: Learning through Play
This study explores the application of mobile games and gamification techniques in the workplace to enhance employee motivation, engagement, and productivity. The research examines how mobile games, particularly those designed for workplace environments, integrate elements such as leaderboards, rewards, and achievements to foster competition, collaboration, and goal-setting. Drawing on organizational behavior theory and motivation psychology, the paper investigates how gamification can improve employee performance, job satisfaction, and learning outcomes.
