General Administrative tasks are varied depending on management needed. Examples; working with vendors/suppliers of goods (steel,etc) or services (insurance, etc) , filing compliance or DMV documents, evaluation of new suppliers as needed, etc.
Bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivables, invoicing, payroll, expense management,reconciliation of accounts, basic analysis of key financial metrics, creating cost reduction recommendations, creating management reports as required, etc. .
Knowledge of basic accounting, Quick Books Online, Google Suite and ADP required.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in business or accounting preferred.
Flexible schedule up to 20 hours per week to start. Transition to full time possible.
