Mental Health Professional – ACT – 1 FT Position

Job Description
We are seeking a Master's level clinician to join our established Assertive Community Treatment team.  As a member of a recovery-oriented multidisciplinary team you will provide therapy, rehabilitative and case management services to a population of persons living with severe and persistent mental illness in the community.  Our ACT team works together to reduce hospitalization, improve quality of life, repair relationships and increase community tenure for our clients.  As an ACT Mental Health Professional, you would serve as lead clinician for up to 20 clients and primary case manager for 6 clients.  Working together with our psychiatrist, team leader, and other team members you would create individualized treatment plans and provide direct services to clients to ensure that their needs are met on an ongoing basis.  Therapeutic Modalities include but are not limited to CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, WRAP and Wellness Self- Management.  The ACT team provides in-house crisis coverage 24/7 with a shared on-call responsibility.  The position is full time salaried.  Psychiatric Rehabilitation and/or Co-Occurring Disorders experience preferred but not required.  Minimum Requirements:  Master's Degree in related social sciences field plus two years professional experience, minimum 21 years old, valid PA driver's license, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation.  PA State Police background check required
