Utilize your personal coaching skills to help individuals living with mental illness develop their job skills through our Supported Employment Program. The job coach acts as a primary trainer, assessing service users to provide job matching and job analysis functions, provide follow-up services, maintain client records, and act as primary case manager and advocate for assigned clients. Hours vary with individual and employer need, and may include evening, night, and weekend and/or holiday hours. This is a full-time salaried position. Minimum requirements: associate’s degree in social science or college credits in social science or two (2) years related human service experience. Must be at least 21 years old, possess valid driver’s license, insurable driving record and have reliable transportation. PA State Police background check.
