Your daily responsibilities include

  • Greets guests with a smile, eye contact and warm verbal greeting as per "Red Carpet Customer Service" guidelines and provides outstanding customer service. 
  • Establishes rapport with guests and creates a friendly and fun atmosphere.
  • Maintain well-groomed appearance in accordance with Food & Beverage Grooming Standards for cocktail servers at all times in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength and compliance goals. 
  • Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards.
  • Knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.
  • Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends.
  • Monitor guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled.
  • Accurate and efficient use of POS system.
  • Monitor guests alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training.
  • Assist other beverage personnel with maintenance such as sidework, opening/closing duties.
  • Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.

  • High School Diploma/GED; we will provide any necessary training for this position.
  • Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests. 
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules. 
  • Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from guests. 
  • Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
  • Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations. 
  • Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.)
  • POS Systems.
  • Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.  
  • Must be able to obtain proper food handler certification and RAMP certification.
