Job Description
Property Management Enterprises, LLC is a privately owned firm that provides a full menu of services for investors in multi-family and other residential rental real estate.  Through our property management division The Apartment Gallery, we provide professional management services for roughly 5,000 apartments and townhomes throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Representative of the business to join our team as a Regional Property Manager working full-time based out of our Corporate Office in York, Pennsylvania with travel required to PA and MD properties in this portfolio.
The Role
You are tasked with maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency and customer service. The role’s dual purpose:
  • Provide day-to-day operational & financial oversight of the residential portfolio
  • Secure new residential leases
You’re a true road warrior, and you’ll travel to and from our properties each month, concurrently working tirelessly to advance our residential leasing capabilities and lead teams efficiently.
  • Serve as the key intermediary between the Property Director, Main Office team, and the Property Managers, sharing responsibility for operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as with company policies, procedures, and practices
You’re a tough, savvy, polished professional, possessing superior relationship-building & management skills.
Highest Priorities
  • Hold Property Managers and site staff accountable for all performance standards, including: maximizing revenues, minimizing expenses, and adhering to budget
  • Interact with residents in leasing residential space
  • Closely monitors financial performance of the assets and provides monthly and quarterly summary reports on budget variances, valuations and risk analysis.
  • Ensures that operations comply with applicable laws by conducting site and unit inspections, and overseeing operational documents, forms, and data
Needed for Success
  • 10-15 years multi-site experience within Property Management preferred, but extensive background of multi-site management in all fields will be reviewed.
  • 3+ years residential leasing experience preferred, but any history of sales will be reviewed
  • Natural drive to succeed, smart, articulate, polished, and engaging
  • High software proficiency - Especially MS Office
