Client Project Manager

Job Description
Position Summary
Partners with account executives to manage post sales activities for a defined set of accounts, focusing primarily on fulfillment and onboarding of accounts. including coordination with Order Entry, Creative, etc. Serves as the main point of contact for customers during the fulfillment/onboarding process and coordinates the hand-off of the account to the assigned Client Success Manager.  May be tasked with resolving fulfillment or other campaign issues for existing customers based on criteria established by the local sales lead.  The objective of this role is to provide superior client service and launch campaigns quickly while reducing sales executives’ time spent resolving account order and fulfillment issues.  The exact mix of responsibilities for this role will vary from region to region and will be defined by the local sales leaders based on the business needs and challenges they identify.  Additional tasks may be added beyond those outlined here
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding/Fulfillment Shepherds specified accounts through the onboarding and fulfillment process and resolves any related challenges to ensure accurate, timely campaign performance.  Performs digital account reviews to ensure fulfillment is on track.
Product Knowledge Demonstrates deep understanding of the products and how they should function as part of customer campaigns.  Is able to montior performance for accuracy and timeliness, identify potential issues and find solutions to resolve them.
Order Entry May assist with order entry at the sales leader’s request for complex accounts or where there are challenges in the order process. 
Sales Desk Support May assist with some pre-sales work such as lead qualification, case studies and customization of presentations.  May also assist with continuity of support during desk transitions from one sales executive to another.  Monitors DMS accounts to ensure AE contact prior to expiration.  May also manage trade agreements.
Account Transition Will be responsible for ensuring a smooth hand-off of accounts and campaigns to assigned Client Success Managers once fulfillment and issue resolution is complete.
Problem-Solving May be asked to take on support of high value campaigns for existing customers if needed to resolve new issues.  Montior missing ad list daily for print and digital display and proactively work with Creative Consultant to resolve issues.  May work with the Finance team to assist with tasks such as aging accounts, bill reconciliation and financial approvals.
Strategic Planning & Organization Actively assists Account Executives and sales team in stragetizing, planning, and executing client programs that deliver results.
SalesForce (CRM) Utilizes CRM to manage day to day activities and keep Account Executives and sales team informed of all client updates. 
Time Management Effectively manages workflow and multiple projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Proactively initiates projects as needed to support sales team.
Customer Contact Serves as primary contact with customers for assigned accounts.
Communication Constantly communicates with account executives, sales team, and all internal departments to resolve issues as they pertain to strategy and execution. 
Team Communication Keeps Account Executives and sales team informed on their accounts. Communicates with team members as needed to work seamlessly as a group.
Sales Leader Communication Ensures the appropriate communication with sales leaders is occurring so timely decisions can be made on account hand-off to the CSM team.
Agent for Change Drives initiatives for positive, constructive change. Looks for opportunities to encourage others to become an agent for change.
