Assistant Store Manager - Loucks Rd Store

Job Description
Shentel is the largest Sprint PCS affiliate in the United States and currently provides wireless service to approximately 1,200,000 customers.  As an affiliate company, Shentel has exclusive rights to provide Sprint wireless service to certain markets.  Shentel currently serves a four-state area - including markets within Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.  Shentel builds and owns the network and owns and operates the Sprint retail stores.  Shentel is also responsible for local customer service and directs local advertising and promotions. 

Are you passionate about coaching and guiding a team towards sales excellence? Take a hands-on approach to personally influence and impact the success of your store!  The Assistant Store Manager role offered by Shentel allows you to collaborate with the Store Manager at your Sprint store to develop and lead your sales team in providing top-notch customer experiences with every interaction.  You’ll motivate and coach your team to meet and exceed goals while maintaining operational excellence.

    You worked hard for

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of supervisory experience in a retail environment or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Your reputation as a successful leader, sales and customer service professional
