Description:
  • Provides front-line customer service to our members and potential members, as well as to fellow staff.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Accurate computer entry for program registration, membership and all other Daxko transactions
  • Balance monies received. 
  • Efficient operation/handling of inquiries and requests.
  • Conduct tours and close sales
  • Answer phones
  • Provide front-line security by utilizing the kiosk and ensuring all scans are valid.
  • High School Diploma
  • Customer service skills
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Computer experience
  • Hearing
  • Vision
Compensation:
  • 25-28 Hours/Week, including 3 weekends/month, plus other evening or opening shifts during the week
