Job Description
This position is full time.  The candidate in the position will act as a liaison between the sales rep/vendors/customers.  Approximately half of the day will be spent doing interior design and working with customer and our sales reps to review drawings and close business.  The rest of the day will be spent on the administrative side of the spectrum by submitting purchase orders, receiving and billing the product that has been designed and sold to the customer. 
 
The candidate must possess strong organizational skills and be able to work on multiple projects with various deadlines and prioritize accordingly.  The qualified candidate must be assertive but calm, have the ability to work well with customers, sales reps or coworkers, be motivated and wear multiple hats. Good communication between the delivery team and sales staff is a must.  Some selling will be required of this individual. 
 
Job Duties  to Include:  
Convert Quotes into Sales Orders
Purchase - Furniture from Manufacturers
Furniture Billing
Take Care of Getting Replacement Product for Damaged Furniture Goods
Track Furniture State Contract Orders
Work Closely w/ Furniture Sales Rep on Preparing Quotes & Drawings
Research Part #, Products & our Cost
Sales & Sales Support
Space Plan & Design to Include:             
Office Interior Design
Space Planning
Typical Workstation design
2D – 3D Drawings
Installation Drawings
Complete Product specifications
Sales & sales support
 
Project Management to Include:
Evaluate site conditions
Attend on-site meetings
Conduct walk through (pre-design/post installation)
Punch list documentation
 
Experience:
Must have experience with Auto-CAD
Experience in the furniture industry helpful but not required
