Job Description: We are searching for a motivated individual to join our growing team of professionals as we design the communities in which we live, work, and play. Qualified candidates must have high-level verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills (including accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite), strong work ethic and ability to multitask, be a self-starter, and be comfortable working alone, as well as part of a Team.
 
As the Office Coordinator / Project Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting, project support, office and document management, and administrative tasks, including processing accounts payable, reconciling credit card statements, answering and directing calls and emails, greeting visitors, creating and maintaining job and archived files, managing office equipment and supplies, maintaining / managing professional registrations and licensure requirements for licensed staff, performing work related errands, and handling other support responsibilities, as needed. You must have the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of responsibilities and assignments as well as possess exceptional organization skills.
 
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field and minimum 3+ years of office / accounting support experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
