Job Description
Description: Assistant Section 8 Coordinator for York City office. If you enjoy assisting people  to meet their basic need of housing think about this opportunity. Will prepare leases and leasing paperwork for Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) participants, process documentation for  annual re-exams, calculate rent, communicate with landlords regarding program responsibilities and regulations.  
Requirements and Responsibilities:  Must have two years of experience in performing tasks associated with the management of multi-family housing developments, or properties owned or administered by public housing agencies; or two years of comparable business, industrial, or professional employment.   Must apply to State Civil Service Commission for position.
