Front Desk Shift Spervisor

Job Description
  • The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for managing Front Desk staff according to policies and procedures in the absence of the Front Desk Supervisor.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Provides outstanding customer service to everyone including members, guests, and staff
  • Will be the point person in emergency situation in the absence of management. 
  • Supervisor as needed including feedback and direction to Service Associates.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Basic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 1-2 years in a similar position
  • 25-28 Hours/Week, including 3 weekends/month, plus other evening or opening shifts during the week
