Join us for the November WBCO Luncheon as we spotlight the Athena Leadership Model- an international organization created to develop, support, and honor girls and women, building a global pipeline of women leaders- by featuring a panel of previous ATHENA award recipients in York County.
We will hear from 3 dedicated Athena Recognition Recipients, who will discuss and highlight 2 of the 8 principles of Enlightened Leadership: Learning Constantly and Building Relationships. The panel will be followed by guided discussions about how prioritizing these guiding principles can manifest success in our own lives. Our panelists:
- Dianne Moore, RN, MSN is currently the Vice President of Operations, for the Women & Children Service Line at WellSpan Health. She received her BS degree in Nursing from York College and MSN from Villanova University. Her healthcare executive leadership career spans 38 years as she has had varied progressive roles over that time through both experience that grew her skill set and continuous learning. She has received professional recognition as the recipient of a state-wide “Nightingale Award” for professional excellence, “Nurse of the Year” award for clinical innovation, the “Athena Leadership Award” in 2021 and a “Mentorship Excellence Award” through the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. In addition, she has participated in various community outreach events and boards over the years. Dianne is passionate about her work and especially committed to supporting the mentorship of future leaders.
- Lyn Bergdoll is the Executive Director at Creative York, an organization which inspires creativity in the arts for all ages. Lyn holds a master’s degree from The University of Pennsylvania. She serves as Chair for The Distinguished Young Women of York County Scholarship Program, and Artistic Chair for ENCORE, the York County High School Musical Theatre Showcase. Lyn is an adjunct faculty member at York College, as well as a member of The Rotary Club of York. She is a choreographer and director of musicals and productions throughout the area.
- Lynda O’Byrne Randall, M.ED.is a partner of New Level Advisors LLC, a management consulting company. Lynda is an experienced trainer, public speaker, and facilitator with experience in developing and implementing programs for non-profit organizations.Lynda received the 2010 Athena Award and a 2012 Women of Influence Award from the Central Penn Business Journal. She also received the Gold Award from the International Association of Facilitators for co-creating Business and Education Roundtables for the York County Economic Alliance and an MS Leadership Award. She was the Fall 2021 Martins Library Honors Committee Honoree. Her past and present community service includes: Board Director for the YWCA; Byrnes Health Education Center Board of Directors; Athena Chairman; Creative York Board of Directors; Creative York Arts Awards Co-chair; Mentor for Leadership York and York College; YCEA Board of Directors; York County Library System Board of Directors and Chair; WBCO Advisory Council and Founder; J.D. Brown Center for Entrepreneurship Advisory Council; co-chair York County Library Capital Campaign; Her Traditions Council; Board President of York Symphony Orchestra; and 2017 Grand Marshal of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Lynda and Richard Randall have two daughters. Julie Randall resides in York with her two children: Thomas and Ava. Lauren Randall Buckley and John Buckley live in McLean, VA with their three children: Arden, Madeline, and Jack.

The WBCO (Women's Business Center Organization) is an affiliate of the York County Economic Alliance whose mission is to provide opportunities for professional growth through education, mentorship, and advocacy for women to thrive in York County.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for a full refund are accepted until seven days prior to an in-person event. Once the deadline is past, there is no refund for those who have registered for an in-person event and cancelled, and unpaid registrations will be billed for the function, whether they attend or not. Registrations may be transferred to another person upon notifying the York County Economic Alliance. No refunds are offered for cancellations of virtual event registrations, however a credit for a future virtual event can be applied for cancellations given within 48 hours of the event.
