Pennsylvania’s Shared-Work Program is a dynamic resource for businesses and employees to work through the Coronavirus economy as an alternative to a lay-off.  The program allows an employer to temporarily reduce the hours of a group of employees and offset the loss in salary by allowing employees to receive a percentage of their weekly benefit amount of Unemployment Compensation.
