Beginner Beer Making: Cost: $15 registration fee
If you have always wanted to try your hand at beer making, now’s your chance! This class is taught by one of our knowledgeable staff, who have all been making homemade craft beer for many years. Our staff members have a wealth of beer making experience and will show you how you can make a successful batch of your very own delicious tasting homemade brew right from your very own kitchen. Includes beer tasting!
All Grain Beer Making: Cost: $15 registration fee
Are you looking to take your beginning beer skills to the next level? What’s all the fuss about all grain? Our staff bring years of experience making countless all grain brews to show you step by step how it’s done. Our instructors offer a deep understanding of ingredients and the process and will provide a thorough understanding of this method of brewing. Plus you’ll discover the tasty rewards of making all grain vs. making beer from kits. Includes beer tasting!
Beginner Wine Making: Cost: $15 registration fee
Always wanted to try your hand at wine making but just not sure what to do? This class is taught by one of our experienced wine making staff members who bring years of experience in making wine from fruits, juices, concentrates and kits (boxed and canned). And each has a passion for not only the making of wine but introducing people to the world of making their own wine. Includes wine tasting!

Description
We offer a variety of beer and wine making classes designed for every level from the beginner to the experienced. All classes are held at Bailee's Homebrew and are first come, first serve. All classes include beer or wine sampling depending on the class taken. Preregistration is required and classes must be paid in advance.
Minimum 6 – maximum 8 people per class for beer making.
Minimum 8 - maximum 10 people per class for wine making.
