This month our featured speaker is HR consultant Beth Trimmer. Beth has 15+ years of experience in the HR field. Her professional experience includes recruiting, hiring, new hire orientation, leave of absence and HRIS administration, as well as event planning.

The presentation will provide an overview of the current state of the employment market, educate on the legal issues in hiring, and offer a primer in critical interviewing skills. Attendees will take away valuable skill-based and behavior-based interview sample questions as well as vital sources to utilize when searching for those hard-to-fill positions.
