Taking risks to speak the truth or challenge the way things have always been done."\n\n\n\n2019 ATHENA Award recipient\, Lyn Bergdoll who will moderate a panel of former ATHENA Award recipients which will include Dr. Deborah McMillan\, Lea Nadler and Dianne Moore who will share each of their stories with us. \n\n\n\nThis topic invites previous ATHENA Award recipients to share personal and / or professional moments in their life where a difficult or non-traditional decision was made.\n\n\n\nThe ATHENA Leadership Award was inspired by the goddess of Greek mythology known for her strength\, courage\, wisdom and enlightenment - qualities embodied in the ATHENA Leadership Model.
