DESCRIPTION:We hope you can join the YCEA in celebrating the Grand Opening of United Way of York County's new office located at 140 E Market Street York\, PA 17404.\n\n\n\nThe Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place on Thursday\, June 2nd\, at 4:00 p.m.  \n\n\n\nPlease see the message below from United Way of York County:\n\nUnited Way of York County recently moved from their offices of 50 years to a new downtown location. We are excited to be to joining a diverse community of businesses in the heart of our community. \n\n\n\nFor 100 years\, United Way of York County has worked in the York County community to improve people's lives. We began as The York Welfare Federation\, an organization that raised funds on behalf of 17 member agencies. United Way has adapted over the years and now collaborates with other public and private organizations to engage the community in addressing the complex issues by developing initiatives that get at the root causes of these issues. Through gifts to the United Way of York County Impact Fund\, United Way is able to invest those dollars into 64 programs supported by 34 Partner Agencies.
