DESCRIPTION:We hope you can join us in celebrating the grand opening of Bell Socialization Services located at 27 Jefferson Ave. York\, PA 17401.\n\n \n\nThe ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Tuesday\, September 17\, at 3:30pm with an Open House to follow.\n\n\n\nJefferson Towers Apartments are the newest addition to Bell's mental health department's Community Hospitalization Integration Project Program (CHIPP). CHIPP provides housing and caseworker support to York County residents living with serious mental illness. Individuals live independently\, with on-site support from staff who assist with transportation needs\, medication monitoring\, and building basic living skills.\n\n\n\nWe appreciate the generosity of LOCALiQ for serving as our Ribbon Cutting Presenting Sponsor.\n\n\n\n \n\nThank you to our Ribbon Cutting Gold Sponsor Penn National Insurance.
