They'll highlight the fears we have with change\, how to recognize your opportunities for growth\, advocating for yourself\, and how mentors can help you navigate the transitions. You'll leave with tips on how to embrace change and continue to grow in your career.\n	\n	\n	10:30 Break\n	10:45 am: Managing Change through Intentional Communication | Ronalda Sedeno\, Realize the Greatness\n	\n		In this session we will explore navigating change by understanding the three phases of transition. We will examine how the leadership communication plan empowers staff to embrace change and move through the process. Once the deadline is past\, there is no refund for those who have registered for an in-person event and cancelled\, and unpaid registrations will be billed for the function\, whether they attend or not. Registrations may be transferred to another person upon notifying the York County Economic Alliance. No refunds are offered for cancellations of virtual event registrations\, however a credit for a future virtual event can be applied for cancellations given within 48 hours of the event.
